Rates change; the report states the date its overlays were last verified. If the report cannot be produced from what you send, you are refunded in full.

Do you file anything for me?

No. This is a report. Your customs broker files. The report gives them the codes, rates and reasoning to confirm quickly.

How accurate is the tariff code?

Codes are estimated from your description using the USITC schedule and the same reasoning a broker uses. Simple products are usually exact. Complex or multi-material products get a primary code and an alternate, with the reason.

What if tariffs change next week?

The report is dated. Tariff Watch, the $49/month add-on, re-runs your codes whenever a rate changes and emails you the new number.

Refunds?

If the report cannot be produced from what you sent, you are refunded in full. If it is produced and delivered, it is non-refundable, like any completed analysis.
